I worked on the 1st floor of that building in 1995-1996. It was old then. I assume it hasn't been updated at all.

I love that building. I think that mid-century modern is going to be in demand soon. Good news for 212 Ervay and the Statler Hilton too.

With its location next to a Dart stop, a refurbished Meadows building could be an awesome place to work. Assuming (a big IF) that the internals/AC could be upgraded to modern IT needs, I could see it as a "cool" building in a see of bland, crap.

Developers are mostly beige paint types. Where are the guts to do something really interesting and manly like this building today? I also like the bold tackiness of the Campbell center.

Several friends and I walked thru / explored the building while it was under construction. We were seniors in HS or it might have been the summer after we graduated. There were no particular security measures and no one around - the construction workers were gone for the day or week.

I might be the only one left of that group. Greenville and Mockingbird were very, very different.
