I can't say I blame the fans. Teams spiraling downward. Our offense is sucking, defense blows as usual and our special teams aren't doing much better. I hope Chad kicks some of these talentless kids off the team next year and get in D-1 kids so we aren't wasting the universities money. What the hell is up with Matt Davis... throw it out of bounds!!!

While his former team has Gameday and Sportscenter broadcasting outside the stadium and a sellout crowd.
it must be so fun being a downer all the time

Our attendance appears to be proportional to student attendance. Obviously the students are tired of watching loss after loss. Especially when people put "embarrassing loss to FCS team." Morris really just needs to look at who can make it and cut those that are essentially useless. There is no reason to keep people that are doing nothing for us. Sadly attendance is going to stay the same for the rest of the year and we may have 1 more win that probably won't be at home. Sadly the TCU and Baylor first half were just flukes I guess.

17,136 announced. That's probably close to the figure we will hear the rest of this season, although actual attendance is likely to decrease

JMU brought as many as ECU, about 800. 1 1/2 solid sections. However, today ECU could spread out a lot more. Maybe the night game and fireworks helped last week. Thank goodness for the 500 cheerleaders and any family that came with them. Filled up decently on west side midway through second quarter. After halftime....

Fans suck as bad as the team. Embarrassing lack of support. Morris play calling after the second quarter...nobody gonna criticize that? Malone and defense totally unprepared once the backup QB came in. Etc, etc, etc

It took awhile but the real SMU fanbase finally showed up.

Team and fans sucked tonight. Maybe if we provided paid whores for everyone, attendance would have been better.
