MORE disrespect from Houston

Postby BennyShillingsworth » Thu Oct 08, 2015 4:13 pm

I get trying to motivate your players but this is just ridiculous...

They taped SMU jerseys to the floor so they could "walk over SMU" ...

It's unbelievable to me that someone would have so much disrespect for another team. I watched Herman's interview earlier this week and he had the nerve to say he considers Chad Morris a friend, and then he turn around and allow this level of disrespect in his locker room

One of their players probably put that in the bathroom not Herman. But yes, those are disrespectful this and could really hurt our feelings.

Just thought more of Herman. Glad we didn't hire that [deleted]. What a pitiful excuse for a leader of men that little eunuch is if he condones such bs. Chad would never allow such garbage.

He may not know about the restroom thing but he knows about the taping of the jersey's to the floor.

yeah that's true, but regardless that's still disrespect from the players, and I think the player's actions are at least a little bit a reflection of their coaching

I'm glad they did it. There once was a time where you hated your opponent. Sadly, today, little things like this and people get all butt-hurt and feeling disrespected over it. SMU should just man up and win.

The jerseys set the stage

When I was in high school out in West Texas, our mascot was a wolf. Our fiercest rival hung a dead wolf from our goal post. Everyone arriving to school the day of the game that Friday night saw it. At least Houston didn't hang a dead Pony from a goalpost at Ford.

One energetic Caps fan put pictures of Sidney Crosby in all the urinals at the Verizon Center with the words, "I'm thirsty". The funny part was seeing Penguin fans reaching in to pull them out.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

Herman is supposed to know. Lack of coaching control, NOW!

Man, this must be hitting a generational nerve. I find both actions marginally humorous at best. Certainly not anger inducing. Yawn.

Sorta hate to hear the "coach is supposed to know" approach, given the obscure secretary taking on-line courses for a possible recruit, and our favorite coach knew nothing about it.
