I would've respected Morris more if he'd cut (nearly) every player who is not D1 talent on this team. Play some guys both ways, scores would be the same but at least I'd be because we are thin position ally, not playing garbage players.

I do t think Morris thought we were this bad. He talked about a howl as being a target this season

Our 5th year of JJ legacy with more to come. Morris should clean house this winter and just call the shot that many of these players are simply not DI caliber.

To say this is straight idiotic...or, is to suggest that Morris didn't do his homework before he took the job. So...which one is it?

You can do your homework and still be wrong. I'm sure he knew it was a mess but there is absolutely no way he knew it was this bad. 80% of the roster wouldn't crack the two deep for Abilene Christian.

He's the offensive genius. Before he starts feeling sorry for himself he needs to explain why his offense disappears as games go on?

We should have cuts on football players for this year to save money just like they did with faculty and staff.

Morris talked about a bowl to fire up rah-rah cheerleaders-

He expected the players to be mentally tougher.

Unfortunately, many of them came on campus with a June Jones mentality and have folded rather than being tough.

Fans could learn something from that too

Anyone looking at any of our game film from last year knew. I don't feel sorry for him, I just wonder how he is going to handle the fact that half of the team needs to be benched but there is no bench to go to. I can live with the fact that we lack talent and have zero depth, but many of these kids have just given up.

This was a team that put up a bucket of points on TCU. And we have 7 here. It just stinks.
