That leaves P5 openings at Illinois, Maryland, Miami, Minnesota, South Carolina, USC, and Virginia Tech. Plenty more on the way I'm sure
With all those schools open this year I am glad we got Chad Morris toast year when the competition for getting a coach was not as tough.

Rhodes will be able to go back and smile in front of the boosters this week. That being said, the remaining stretch may do him in - Oklahoma, OSU, at KSU, and at West Virginia. I don't know if utterly whipping Texas will help the Iowa State coach that much, but it ain't gonna help Charlie at all. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the UT job just started getting warm again. Kansas is just what the doctor ordered for Strong. Starting to hear rumblings about Richt at Georgia. Another year of not living up to expectations, of losing to a school he shouldn't (Tennessee) and now watching Florida drive right by him. He had to beat Ga Tech to keep his job at least once, and now he might have to do it again. I would have thought London was the Walking Dead, but with the win over Ga Tech Virginia is still in position to have a decent year.

If June gets the Hawaii job I wonder if he will keep Mason.

speculation on Hawaii Board is that Mason may be interim Coach-has to be a record

I believe - seriously - that that record is held by the current USC interim HC.

Mason misses out on a 3rd stint as interim HC http://www.mwcconnection.com/2015/11/1/ ... ris-naeole

I feel confident that if they offered it to Mason, he would have declined it.

Absolutely, guaranteed he gave a big eff you if they offered him, then dropped the mic and walked out.

I think NTSU is a better job than Hawaii.
