There is a reason I didn't end up getting the navy tickets...at least, not yet. May change my mind...but the money I spent on Army Navy tickets and other expenses used most of my wife's good will for the fall.

If we are to put 4 quarters together and make a statement in 1 game, this is the game. Temple is an old fashioned team. Their QB throws the ball or hands it off...not a heavy running QB like so many we face. They are built to contain inside. If we can step up on offense and put pressure on their offense to score in bunches, we have a good chance.

Need to do it this week...because we know that [deleted] ain't working against Navy!

PJ actually separated his shoulder in the 1st game against Penn State on a cheap shot in the endzone after a TD. He hasn't run much mostly because the coaches don't want him getting hit. He only has 39 attempts this year. Last year, he had 106 for 324 yards (second on the team). It was expected he would have fewer attempts, but I think we would've run more zone-reads had he not separated his shoulder. I think he's at or near 100% at this point.

Please, please...make next week an outstanding work week here in Phila-dumpia and somehow pull off the upset. Get Sutton at least 10 catches and use short passes to get the ball to the RB's without having to go through Temple's defensive line...and get the ball out quickly for the love of god! Just keep us in the game defense and maybe we can do this!
