In 2003, there was a game.... Not the one where Kincaid fumbled. No, not the other game where Kincaid fumbled. Or the other one where he fumbled.

There was a time where we, on here, were baffled by the fact that SMU never blitzed. And we never got any pressure. It got ridiculous enough that Bennett was asked about it at a coach breakfast. Anyway, the next week, SMU finally ran a blitz and rushed 6 on an obvious passing down and ... Nothing. No pressure whatsoever.

Maybe that moment was the biggest beating I can recall.

Pony Nate predicted that Memphis would score 63 on SMU.

WW1. Just how old do you think I am. I just took care of the horses with Houston's army.

This is the worst loss ever. Memphis could have put a 100 on us today and we didn't get close to scoring a point with their 2nd and 3rd string defense in.

The '93 game. Baylor ran the ball 91 times for 482 yards. I think 4 backs may have hit 100 yards. The third stingers were pounding us in the 4th. I can't find the box score, but I am guessing with our run and shoot, the time of possession was some sort of record. The 91 rush attempts was a SWC record. Even in the 4th when we knew for sure that they would not be passing the ball, we could not stop JJ Joe. It was either 44-0 or 44-10, I cannot recall...

Due to an injured shoulder, Baylor quarterback J.J. Joe throws no passes in a 32-12 victory over SMU in Dallas. Baylor gained a total of 482 yards, led by 164 and a touchdown from John Henry, 101 and a TD from Bradford Lewis and 100 by Brandell Jackson. Robert Strait had 38 yards and two touchdowns. The 91 carries broke the SWC record of 90 set by Texas against Arkansas in 1970.
The last time a team went without a pass was Oklahoma vs. Colorado on Nov. 15, 1986. It's believed not to have happened in the Southwest Conference since 1974 when the Aggies defeated SMU. "We didn't really have a choice," said Baylor's first-year coach Chuck Reedy. "After warmups, we found out that (quarterback J.J. Joe's) shoulder was too sore and he couldn't throw."

That also tells me that we've been beaten at least 3 times in the modern era by teams that did not attempt a pass.

While it was not a blow out loss, the loss to TCU in 1997 was pretty demoralizing because they were winless and it kept us out of a bowl game.

The Wyoming loss that someone else mentioned was bad but if I recall correctly they were ranked at about 17 at the time. That was the coldest game we played in during my time and I can honestly say the team quit that afternoon. We were ready to get back on the plane or anywhere we could find warmth.

Another one to consider is Wisconsin in 95. I think that one was 42-0.

MEMPHIS 63 SMU 0 is the worst SMU effort I've seen in over 60 years. Could have been over a Hundred to Zero if Memphis wanted to run it up.
