OTP, sad but true. Plus, UT is smart enough to not self report small stuff that 95% of major programs do weekly....

I still don't believe that was reported because someone thought they were doing the right thing. Speculation -someone with an axe and they like to make noise.

I think this came out because of the issues at kimball. There were people being fired and lawsuits regarding that mess.

There was a reason why Houston was scared to keep him though. They almost pushed him our way when we sniffed around.

From what Hoopmanx said we got Ulric from Houston because he had helped them get a top 25 class and that tore the heart out of there recruiting being an AAC opponent. Dickey was fired not to far after that. Don't believe they pushed him towards us.

As far as I know, they certainly didn't push him our direction. We swiped him b/c we paid 3 times as much and he's a Dallas guy, not Houston. His girl is DFW etc. To be fair, what I've heard is that Ulric is pushing hard for a position w/Shaka and he WILL be on someone's bench this Spring. The whole industry knows it.
