So because our talent is so stank, we should have waited on hiring a coordinator (because coaching doesn't make a difference when talent is bad, hire someone in Years 3 with experience, when the talent was finally there, hire a Klemm-style hotshot recruiter for the same salary now, and let a middle linebacker call all the plays on the field...because come on, would it have looked any different? Hindsight tho...
