I still say their new arena is very unimpressive and extremely ugly. It will never have the feel of Moody either. I wouldn't want that on my campus

I don't know why they spent all that $$ but didn't fix the biggest problem - the awful seating bowl configuration.

You're welcome. Honestly I'm just not a big college hoops fan. Doesn't bother me that SMU is good in hoops. Of course I want TCU to win but we aren't there yet. SMU brought a nice crowd to Ft Worth - as you can see that HS gym needed some enthusiasm. Imagine how it sounds when we are playing South Dakota State...

the round arena seating coliseums never work. The best seats cant get close enough to the floor and the sound dissipates instead of intensifies. Its a shame they are throwing 72 million down the toilet. They could have fixed that for the same money probably, or just a bit more.
