Jersey Gripes 2015-16

Since this thread is about colors of jerseys. I'm always a red primary and blue secondary kind of person.

The blue uniforms look great, but I would prefer we wear red when we play the frogs.

I'm the self-appointed uniform czar, allow me to weigh in.

The only thing I don't like about the current uniforms is the piping on the side...but they're an A-minus in my book. Love the big block letters on the front. The red and blue road unis both look sharp

One cool thing we could do is to put a red pony on the blue collar just below the neck

My thoughts...yes I am a tcu fan. I don't like TCU fonts and numbers for football or hoops so not going to defend our look. I like the SMU home look but I thought the ones for the TCU game were a little blah. They definitely didn't seems to "pop" for lack of a better term. Think I would like to see more red???

I think for hoops our road reds look better.

Im surprised to hear a Frog say they don't like their own font. Seems like TCU and LSU each have a font unique to them. Kind of cool if you are a tcu fan. Since I'm not, naturally I hate it.

It's cool to have your own font but that doesn't mean it's a good one.

Throwbacks w script font have style. It would be cool if we could actually go w/a look that isn't classic, fuddy duddy. Go for something.

And hoops is the sport to try it in since we don't have that much of a heritage in the sport. If something catches on then we can design football around it too
