Team stats so far

So the first real test of the season is coming up but SMU has emerged from the "preseason" phase of nonconference play with some good stats.

SMU is tied for 9th in assists per game (19.5), 7th in assists to turnover ration (1.77), 5th in FG% (52.4%). 6th in 3 point FG% (though we don't shoot a lot of threes), and 17th in scoring margin.

On the defensive side of the ball SMU is 11th in Rebound margin, 43rd in opponent fg percentage (38.3%)., and 28th in scoring defense.

I'm sure the coaches are pleased with those numbers though I expect the defensive stats to improve when LB gets back (he is just a superior defensive coach).
