Granted full release by OU.
Is SMU a likely spot?

"Knight, who played in six games during the 2015 regular season, is expected to graduate this semester, which will free him up to transfer to another school this spring and become immediately eligible for the 2016 season."

"Sources confirmed to SoonerScoop.com this afternoon that Knight's recent Twitter activity does indicate the schools he has spoken with since being granted his release. Along with the Wildcats, Knight has spoken with Georgia, Oregon and Southern Methodist."

Trevor is a great guy, but we don't want him. He is an athletic QB but just isn't that good. If you want to lose Moore's commitment, then this is the way to do it.

I don't agree with this as Knight and Moore wouldn't overlap much as far as time on campus.

FYI, this article mentions us along with Georgia, Oregon, and K-State http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr- ... 12868.html

FYI, I believe Knight would have 1 year to use 1 year of eligibility.

Give me a break. We'd take him in a heartbeat.

If he's better than Matt davis then why not? Next year is still a transitional year and redshirting moore couldn't hurt. That being said hicks and moore are the future so that could be seen as putting them back a step Maybe he's athletic enough to play another position if he'd be interested in doing so? Wasn't he the qb they had that also played tight end?

You're thinking of Blake Bell. Knight is the kid that tore up Bama in the Sugar Bowl a few years ago.

Trevor is better than Matt Davis. But for those of you that only watched him in the Sugar Bowl, that was a one time deal. Was horrible last season. And nearly blew a 17 2nd half lead against TCU when he had to come in for Baker.

Kyle Allen is from Arizona-you'd think he'd want to head closer to home but I did see someone suggest he wanted to stay in Texas. I think he's good enough and played well enough that he will get a P5 spot
