Yes, smart move. Says a lot about Semi. You know he wants to get out there now but he's doing what's best for everyone. It's gotta be tough for a healthy athlete to sit out for a year and a half.

Once you play a game it counts as a full season. There are no .5 seasons. We were all a little confused on that. So in essence he played two seasons at Duke.

He did only play half a year at duke. HOWEVER, you lose a year of eligibility for every year you play in. You can't play half a year and half a year and have it count as one. It counts as two.

That's why he's been listed as an RS JR this whole time and not a RS SO

I think the NCAA does that to discourage transfers in the middle of the year-and you know it really shouldn't be encouraged.
