It'd be better for us if it happened this year. Bad for Chad though

Multiple Sources: A&M looking to fire Sumlin

Postby TidePony » Sat Dec 19, 2015 9:31 am

Hmmm, this is circulating in Tuscaloosa too, but folks down there are saying the AD is in hot water as well. This may have some legs...stay tuned. Someone at the top (cough cough - Stallings ain't happy, and when he's not happy, no one is happy) wants some changes.

As far as the AD is concerned they probably got that from Chip too.

It looks like the AD thing was started by Chip.

Wasn't Hyman the AD at the helm during most of TCU's football Renaissance?

If I recall correctly, he replaced the TAMU AD who maneuvered them into the SEC Shortly before getting fired.

A&M is amazing. For many years now, I have watched them do less with more than any other athletics department in the country. And I know that goes back well before my time too.

Welcome to the SEC, where half the schools in the conference expect to win their division every year and want to fire the coach when it doesn't happen
