Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinExcellent interview of Coach Brown by Rothstein. Asked some tough questions and Coach had great responses. Long 30 minute interview on Twitter @JonRothstein. One of my favorite responses by Coach: "We're close to getting 4 guys" to reload for next year. I knew of two.

Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinSounds great.
Close only counts in horseshoes and atom bombs..... never in college hoops recruiting. Fingers crossed. Party at The Wopper!
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinGood interview
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinGreat interview. Thanks for posting. I love that LB took a swipe at Dickie V.
SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four
2014-15 & 2016-17 AAC Men's Basketball Champs
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothstein
That cracked me up
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothstein
He expects to get two of Kapita/Froling/Bruno. That's exciting.
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinWhoever we get we can't take an academic risk.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinBruno will reclassify to 2017 most likely
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothsteinnext year is going to be very exciting. if you think about it, this program is all about Sterling, Keith, and Ben Moore - the 4 year ponies that made this thing happen. We get some frosh big men and we are right back at it next year for a potential deep tourney run!
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothstein
Very true. Those three mean a lot to the program and will be awesome as senior leaders. They've experienced so much already that they will surely embrace the responsibility. Party at The Wopper!
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinI like when LB reiterated that the goal is still to win a national championship.

Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothstein
Nic Moore is the biggest winner on this team. We will miss him more than we can imagine.
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothstein
Like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, I firmly believe that Nic Moore will "go down in [pony] history." Nic will be kindly remembered by so many people for all the great things he did on the court, for SMU in general, and how he conducted himself in the face of adversity. Is it possible for any of us to be more proud of what he has done?
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon Rothstein
The team definitely will not be the same without him. #HammerDown
Re: Some SMU Love today from Jon RothsteinRight not to take the ban next year.
