Khalil Pettway

Yes, Marks would have been nice. Lucky to have the 'ships' back on the other two.

Robert Lewis has caught 84 passes in his first two years in the PAC-a P5 conference. You stated that Robert Lewis was too small to play Division 1A Football-you stated that many times in responses directly to me- and SMU Coaches (after Klemm left) didn't want him. Guess they were wrong again. Looks to be a 4 year letterman after he took greyshirt

Throw out the Portland State loss to open the season and WSU had a really impressive season. Could have beaten Stanford. Washington was the only tough loss.

Just to set the record straight, that's 84 passes in his first 3 years –- in a pass happy, receiving inflated, air raid offense. He redshirted in 2013.

I stated that we stopped recruiting Lewis because when he showed up on campus he was much smaller than our 'recruiters' were led to believe (i.e. than he looked on video, I guess). It's been a few years, but I think he was 135 or 145... Something like that. Too small even for miniature-slot-loving-Coach-Jones.

So tell me, who would you bench to get him on the field if he was at SMU? Even if we set aside the inflated Leach offense stats, Lewis was 43 for 490 and 1 TD this year. Last year, he would have been behind Thompson and Joseph (and just ahead of Nelson and Sanders Jr) on one of the worst teams in college football. A bit player on what was until this year the bottom feeder of the Pac 12. Whoopdeefreakindoo. Are we really having this argument?

Let me explain yet again how this works:

greyshirt in 2012
redshirt in 2013
Freshman eligibility wise in 2014
Sophmore eligibility wise in 2015
still has 2 years to play in 2016 and 2017

If we had coaches that are such DUMBASSES that they didn't know that the Greater Los Angeles Player of the Year was skinny by December of his Senior Year then thank god we finally ran their lazy asses off. Its incompetence. That's why they are no longer employed. He would have fit in fine in the Run and Shoot and would likely have been a star at this level.

Your point being?

OK, 84 passes in four years (meaning he wasn't even ready for the sidelines of the Pac12 bottom feeder his first 2 years).

But by all means, please continue to make my point for me.

Naw I'll just keep letting you expose how little you know about college football

You got 2 more years left to live down your Robert Lewis couldn't make a Pop Warner league comment
