Houston opens next year at OU?
WOW! That's is stepping up. That is similar to TCU also. Remember when they went to Norman at beat OU. They really got the nation's attention.

Much like TCU, Houston is building their program by playing a fairly weak schedule to get wins up and getting recruits and then adding more respected programs to their schedules in future years

Congrats Houston on Peach win! Good for the entire AAC. Hope your success is ours in a couple of seasons.

Gotta disagree. While there is always a cupcake in the non-conference schedule Houston has also scheduled top programs every year and has been able to do OK against them.
2009 Oklahoma State and Mississippi State (Houston won both)
2010 UCLA and Miss State (Houston lost both)
2011 UCLA (Houston won 38-24)
2012 UCLA (Houston lost 37-6)
2013 BYU and Louisville (Houston lost both)
2014 BYU (Houston lost 33-25)
2015 Va Tech and Louisville (Houston won both)
I hope Houston levels OU.

2013 Louisville was a conference game. 2015 Houston did not play Virginia Tech
The other non conference games during that time have been very, very soft.
