This season produced the worst, least entertaining NYE/NYD bowl games I can remember. Several marquee games were over by half time.

I agree. Terrible bowl match ups this year with a truly boring bowl games. Most of the games it was glaringly clear from the first snap as to the superior team and the results ended up blow outs. Not sure I can remember any real interesting game other than laughing at what a great job Baylor did with a new great running attack.

The TCU/Oregon game undoubtedly just became an instant "classic" and not that anyone outside of WV and AZ really cared, but that WV 43-42 win over ASU in the finale wasn't exactly boring
