go suck up. Its not that hard.
What the heck is he going to do? Go to school while he waits out a year - right!! Go play pro ball in Europe? Right!! He just screwed up his only chance to feed himself doing why he loves to do.

Can't play w/7. What happens if someone gets hurt? How about someone fouling out? How about both? The walk on needs to get into the rotation.

KF was out for personal reasons and his future with the program is currently unknown

I hope Keith gets it together and is suited up for Cincinnati for his sake as well as ours.

How do you go from 30 minutes per game to future unknown?

If Keith doesn't return, they are going to need a walk-on or two just to have 10 guys available for practice

let's hope there are 2 guys on campus talented enough and willing to put in the work to challenge our guys in practice and help keep them sharp

Without understanding what KF's personal issues might be, we should not be too quick to judge. I must admit; however, that his recruitment and enrollment at SMU has not been the smooth and positive factor everyone envisioned. We got probation, every semester has been an academic adventure, his game was one dimensional and learning D a huge effort, literally his babysitting problems at times were not but became SMU's problem, after 2 1/2 years he has only met scoring expectations in roughly 3 games ....etc. I just hope for his sake he can keep things together and not end up a gifted athlete who failed to have a reasonable career as a pro because of bad decisions, choices and failure to fully learn his trade.

that was very well worded and pretty much sums it up without saying anything hurtful.
