Do we have any confirmed info that indicates KF is away from the team due to malcontent over his starting spot and/or playing time? If so, then that is certainly worth bidding him adieu.

If not, I wouldn't personally put him in the poison category yet.

Yes, he has been the source of some of the NCAA difficulty this program has endured.
Yes, he has made some boneheaded decisions on the court.

He has also, however, clearly worked to become a better player (see increased defensive effort, putting the clamps on Lavert of UM), and has one of the more charismatic personalities on the team - with exhuberance and towel-waving that significantly impacts the Moody crowd in a postive way.

If there is info that suggests/confirms malcontent, then that certainly outweighs the aforementioned positive points.

That's a non-starter IMO as it relates to Frazier. He hasn't done nearly what Shake has done. Shake's offer timing was commiserate with McQuaid's decommit (24 hrs later IIRC)
