How did we let him down?

I'm not going to criticize Keith, we're all just doing the best we can each day. We all make decisions that others might not always agree with, but they are our decisions. This one is his. I enjoyed watching him play while he was here and wish him the best in whatever he does next. But to say we let him down might be a stretch.
