We lose all bigs except Semi next year at this point. He would have 2 semesters to learn LB's system so could very well start for us in17. So yes if the coaches want to offer him I am all for it. Who knows, A&M coaches could be just ticked off with him

Didn't want him then, don't want him now. Don't care about our depth, we still have the Spring

True IF we can kill the spring with our current targets I agree...

Maybe the experience will take him down a peg. Not like he would transfer twice if he doesnt start

I'm totally against bringing Thomas here. I realize you can't teach size, but you can't teach a kid to want it more than the others either. His motor is broke & I'd rather take a chance on another big that brings more intensity than this guy does.
LB knows exactly what Thomas is, & if he thinks he can do something with it, than you have to trust his judgement. I just think there are better choices without the baggage.

Ben Moore graduates next year too. So if he came in and worked hard he could possibly start in the 17-18 season.

BTW, how do you know he's in good shape now? Just because you've lost weight doesn't necessarily mean you're in better shape.
