Heard that. I think Walton is entertaining but if he was calling one of our games it would drive me crazy. He only talks about the actual game about 25% of the time.

To me, I think its actually refreshing not to hear the color guy bragging on the teams and/0r talking down to the viewers by coaching the game to us on every freaking play. It drives me nuts watching college ball because that's all you get.
I love Walton.

Drives me nuts when ex-coach color guys spend the whole telecast "coaching."
If they were any good at it they'd still be coaching.

This Kansas/Iowa St game is entertaining..Kansas up five early in the 2nd.

I think a lot of it is just the mentality of being a "football" school. I remember an article about when Florida won their 2nd NCAA bball tourney (2007), and they had a welcome back pep rally thing with like 8,000 people in attendance. Yet, the next day they had 50,000 or 60,000 for the spring football game.

#11 UVA was down by 10 to Wake Forest with a minute left. UVA hit 3 three's in the last TEN seconds and wins on a buzzer beater.
