SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Chads dad was a fireman in Richardson for a while and used to take Chad to SMU games.
This is a really good Texas man. Morals, work ethic, very intelligent and passionate.
Doing it the right way. Ground up so it will last. Hope he and his family and extended family are happy here!
