He is a great recruiter! He swooped in and got a 4 to 5 star QB....what? he is only a 2 star on Rivals? O.K. then he swooped in and got a QB that lead his team to a state championship or a really good season....what's that, his team went 4-6? Well surely he threw for a ton of yards and set a bunch of records with his passing stats right? SMU had a lot of coaches with him this week doing visits and trying to keep him right? Hmmmm....yeah, great recruiting. You really stole one here.
