UCF and USF really closed well.

Somewhere between 4th and 7th is about right. Remember that our rating is slightly high because we signed more players than any other team in the conference. 5th is not bad at all considering SMU is coming off 1 win and 2 win seasons with a completely new staff.

Harrison Barton: “Oregon State, North Carolina, Indiana, Illinois and Duke said that if I would take my visits there, I would get a scholarship offer when I was there”;

Jacob Todora's Coach: (in addition to listed offers) "Some schools — Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern — came in and wanted to change his mind, but once he committed to SMU, he never looked back."

The teams Stallion just mentioned,

Purdue, Indiana, Oregon St, Illinois, North Carolina....there should not be that big a talent disparity between those schools and SMU.

I wish these were teams we played OOC.

Scout claims Mississippi St. came on strong in last weekend and tried to get Brandon Benson to commit. Forget about these rankings which are regionally suspect-if you can't see how unusual it is that so many P5 teams were going strong after our commits in final month of recruiting season then I don't know what else to tell ya. This is our best class in 30 years PERIOD

You'll be saying that about the next couple of classes as well, I'd imagine
