It's just Memphis and Navy and both coaches have a rep for developing QBs. Don't expect a huge drop-off at QB for either team.

For instance, someone mentioned that Houston has a very top heavy class and that the stanggang16 2 stars seem to be much more sought after than the htowntakeover16 2 stars. A lot of our recruits had offers from very solid p5 programs. So many of these guys are p5 caliber players and not just the level your mid to lower level schools recruit at in those conferences. Last year was a pretty big step towards turning this roster over and this year was a gigantic step in that direction!

I guess you're correct that UH's 2 stars didn't have any P5 offers, but there is only 1 two star on the list vs 10 for SMU. And the 1 UH 2 star had an offer from SMU. For the other 18 recruits, there were 15 three stars, 2 four stars, and 1 five star. SMU had 0 five star, 0 four star, 15 three star and 10 two star

And if you want to go with Rivals, UH has 6 two stars with 3 of them having P5 offers. Meanwhile SMU has 22 two stars.

I see 4 of 10 for SMU (although counting Kansas as P5. There are sunbelt teams better than them)

For UH 2 of 6 but 2 of 5 if you dont count the JUCO transfer

So 40% of 2 star HS commits with at least 1 P5 for both schools
