Who knows. It seems their idea is planned and real. Ours- who knows. We have heard lots of promises over the years with no real action. Not a negative nelly- just trying to be realistic. RGT seems to want more fountains than an IPF.
Herman's must approve it and his contract states that we needed to approve it before this fall. Maybe Morris can get that in his contract....a $50M facility.
Every quarter since ~2010, IPF is breaking ground "soon". If I had more energy I would make a "boy who cried IPF" meme.
Houston already has an indoor facility for track and a far better weight room. All they need is a bubble for football. Ours might look prettier but so far they have us beat handily in sport/training functionality.
Uh - hold on Mr. first post every trout. We will be announcing ours this summer, and in typical SMU fashion we will blow away that 6th best state school in Houston. No need to tie it to a contract like those slurp guys have to do - our big money guys come through every time.
