It is so nice having a recognizable program

Ran into Kenyon Dooling at a conference this week and after I guessed his college incorrectly (for some reason Georgia Tech was stuck in my head instead of Mizzou), he asked where I went to college. I mentioned SMU, and he immediately said, without prompting: 1) Q Ross is a great guy, 2) LB is tough to play for because he is [deleted] players, but is a great, great coach, and 3) we would have been something else if we had gotten Mudiay.

I thought it was real validation of where the program is in the national eye right now. Neat conversation, and a really nice person.

The stands in Moody for that picture are a little on the empty side. Moody has sure come a long way. Makes you appreciate the progress.
