RATE THAT MOMENT

Postby ALEX LIFESON » Fri Mar 04, 2016 8:23 am

Besides the wonderful performance on the court, this was an EVENT. From the emotional pregame ceremonies, to the post game love fest. This made people realize, why we go through the agonizing days as a Mustang fans....for goose bump, lump in the throat, tear in the eyes moments like last night. Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. Definitely one of my top SMU moments ever......maybe my favorite.

Very surreal night. Everything about this program is amazing - the man in charge, the staff, the players, Moody and the winning. It is all very new to our fanbase. What a three year ride with these seniors, and it is so great to know this is only the beginning.

Hands down the best senior event I've been to. Hard not to be a little teary-eyed before/after the game. I'll miss these guys. Everyone talks about coming to SMU to turn the program around, but these guys actually did it.

In my over 50 years of following SMU basketball, there has never been a senior day like that
