Boston College: a year of futility

Postby LA_Mustang » Mon Feb 22, 2016 10:20 pm

BC's football team finished winless in the ACC and their basketball team is on the verge of going winless in the ACC. It would be the first time in the P5 era that has happened to a school in one year.
SMU-12 NCAA appearances, 1 Final Four
2014-15 & 2016-17 AAC Men's Basketball Champs

Couldn't happen to a better school. One of the starters of realignment and the beginning of the end of the old Big East. Love the fact they aren't doing well and have lost at least a generation of fans.

And let's not forget that the old mobster Henry Hill of Goodfellas fame once bribed a BC hoopster to shave points for several games in one of the more awesome NCAA scandals ever.

They also stood up and made a huge public statement that they would remain in the Big East and urged everyone to stay firm. Several weeks later they bolted.
