A six or seven point gap in an SMU-CINCY game is like 15

How are the refs rigging this? Lol
A close, tough game like all other SMU Cincy games

This is grown man basketball. Ellis slams on SMU and Tolbert slams right on Ellis.

The "steal" on the cross court pass involved a Cincy player running Nic over.. the foul on the other end involved an SMU defender that was set.

I've counted as many as 3 uncalled hacks on almost every one of our possessions.

Two totally different games being called depending on the end of the court - Cincy is being allowed to hack and grab (guess those "freedom of movement" rules don't apply to them) on defense and we get whistled any time they go inside.

Just like the first game - Cincy is being allowed a much more physical game... hell, in the first game on the play where Sterling got ejected, a Cincy player threw a punch and didn't even get called for a foul.

Refs are calling this game so tight.

Did the american tell the refs to do anything in their power to ensure SMU loses? This is getting insane. Might as well let cinci just go to the line every possession.

It's not the refs folks. It's the turnovers.

Stop blaming the refs for our poor shooting and turnovers.

There's a very strong financial incentive for the conference to do whatever it takes to get another team into the tournament... and since SMU can't go to the postseason at all, it's easily rationalized.

It isn't the refs but the last two possessions have been horrible officiating. Markus got hooked on that drive by Caupain and then they called a moving screen on MK the other way.

Just turned the game on and looking at the stats; Cinci with only 1 turnover in the first half? Impressive. And 1 is also the amount of shots Milton has taken? Looks on paper like one team is playing much better basketball.

Hopefully SMU comes out playing tough second half. Ponyup!
