Lost a great Mustang and Pony Fan yesterday

Most of you didn't know him, but he posted here as sjackson. He didn't post often, but he read the board constantly.

He lost his life in a car wreck leaving downtown yesterday afternoon. I'm sure some of you saw it on the news outlets.

I met Scott about 10 years ago. Neither of us realized at first that we both graduated from SMU in 1995. Once we did, he started coming to the games and Boulevard with my two other best friends from SMU. He quickly became a core member of our SMU crowd. He was just so passionate about SMU football and basketball.

Next year, Moody will be a little quieter, especially section 212. He was loud, always had a few beers, and genuinely loved watching his Mustangs.

Please keep him, his wife, and their three puppies in your thoughts and prayers tonight.
