Ohio State's Mickey Mitchell will transfer, source told @CBSSports. Three years of eligibility remaining.

Several other transfers on Jon Rothstein's timeline as well.

too ugly to play for SMU. looks like he's just not that good-poor shooting all the way across the board

Lol, Stallion. Way to kill a kid for poor shooting as a frosh, after he had to sit ou the firstt 10 games, and has played sparingly the last 3 years due to injury. kid is a GREAT passer and his offense will come around.

I'm not saying go after him, but IF he returns to early high school form, damn. The man bun is all time bad, though

I watched him play several high school games for Plano West and he has the ability to
take over a game. He is super aggressive, a great passer, and plays good defense.
His junior year his coach was protecting him most of the season, especially the last
few conference games. In the state playoffs he was sitting on the bench, Plano West
was losing and needed a spark, and the coach sent him into the game. He totally
dominated the last 3-5 minutes of that game and almost pulled out a win.

But! I have always felt that there was something missing with this young man. I got
the impression that he was mad at the world. It was rare to see him enjoy playing the
game as Nic & Markus do.

This kid would have special potential if he could shoot. Still think he is worth pursuing.

I had a coaching buddy tell me that the reason Mickey was so dominant, so early in high school, is b/c he's super old for his class. Guy told me he's close to 21 as a frosh. No idea if that's legit, but the coach in question has a top 10 '17 class w/3 verbals already. Said Mickey is 'fools gold'.

Once Mike went off the roids he suddenly became just another football player. The Mitchell boys seeem like they could use a dose of mental toughness, and a big slice of humble pie.

Maybe the third brother, McKinley, will be the charm.
