So, I'm sorry, I'm a little hazy on scholarships on the basketball side.

Is the class for the year filled out? Or will we go after one more kid?

Yeah these games are going to be awesome over the next few years.

Since we had two transfers I would imagine that the coaches could go after one more player if they wanted.

I hope the other teams get better as well so that the AAC over time is not just a top heavy league.

Definitely. This season was kind of sad.

I think Cinci wil always be good, along with Temple, Houston and possibly Memphis. The rest of the conference not so much.

Depends on our appeal. Remember we have to give up 7 ships over next 3 seasons to meet NCAA requirements. Right now, by my count, we are at 11 for next year, which means we are giving up 2 of the 7 next season. IMO that is perfect.

They are still offering some point guards for this class.

Yes and if the right one comes along, you take them and deal with whatever comes later. But if we don't get one, that's more than OK

Sadly, Memphis will be a cellar-dweller until they come up with the money to kick Pastner to the curb. Right TigerJ

Agreed. Memphis and Tulsa are middle of the pack at best until they reload some players AND coaches.

It would seem that UCONN and SMU will be the teams to beat for awhile. Cincy, Temple and Houston will be the teams continually nipping at their heels. After that? Let's hope some of these newer coaches bring the bottom third up some. Either that or we trade them in for Wichita State and one or two other western teams.

We seriously need Eastern Carolina, University Central Florida, USF, and Tulane to step it up.

At least Tulane appears to be trying or at least throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks.

We delegated that responsibility to Memphis this year.
