My mom is a WSU grad, and stopped donating for years after they gave up football. However, I attended a number of basketball games as a kid because my grandparents were long-time season ticket holders until after his retirement (from dentistry) and after the school's financial commitment included pricing him out of his seats that he could no longer afford on a fixed income. Anyway, my mom would be very surprised for them to bring football back given the investment the school dedicates to basketball and baseball that would have to be diverted to fund a fledgling football program.
