These players may end up getting other offers as it is still early in the recruiting season. As Stallion has pointed out that over the past week our recruits have received about 10 or 12 offers and a good amount of them have been P5 offers. Toby Ndukwe just got an offer from Colorado yesterday. Think HCCM has a better relationship with Texas high school coaches than June did so they may be given HCCM early leads on good players. HCCM may just be ahead of everyone. However, I have not problem with your statement. Only time will tell.
