The reason though is very important......was it health related, another scandal, or did he line up another job?

Asked if there was a health issue, he said "I'm OK." Tim Jankovich has been the head coach designate since he left being the head coach at Illinois State to come with Brown to Dallas. Since it is a contract dispute, hopefully it is not too late to fix it.

Hopefully, Larry is taking a page out of the June Jones playbook and going the public route to get what he wants, and we better give it to him.

If true this was over a contract dispute I'm disappointed with LB. SMU showed him a lot of loyalty through the KF issues. He made us relevant but he did never win an NCAA tournament game. My guess is Tim was not going to stay if they gave LB man more years. Hope we can keep all our players.
