If it's bad he would be in a position to apply for a 6th year given the timing of the injury, or maybe he looks at a graduate transfer.

Hopefully that's not the case, though. I liked what I saw from Hicks but without Davis this is a max 3-win team. We might get 4-5 with him at full strength.

Just watched play again. It looked like the tackler didn't really get his knee. He planted to try and get around the tackler and then got hit in his upper body.

I listened to that as well. Then Matt was yelling on the sideline at someone I really hope he can still play this year. He's such a good kid.

I was just thinking maybe they wouldn't make an announcement as to his status so Baylor would have to split time preparing for two qbs

Baylor does not care who we play at QB. Especially when you are going from a mobile QB to a less mobile. I am sure we will hear whenever the facts are known.

Unfortunately, Baylor has the athleticism to overpower our OL so they can prepare for Davis and easily adjust to Hicks if he ends up being the guy

This is the last year baylor will be any good, sad we dont play em anymore.

Baylor still had a similar team to last year, but their DL should be weaker. It won't be close.
I'm curious if they pull it together again next year. I wouldn't count them out yet.
