just catching up with Tyler Page of Friendswood today-looks like he had the monster passing day of his career with I believe 6 TD pass most over 40 yards-think he ran for one too. Shhh SMU might have a real sleeper QB with this kid. This is an electric athlete in running game. He reminds me of Johnny Manziel scrambling. If he becomes a good passer then SMU might have the steal of the recruiting class. Two unbelievable performances in first 2 games. Third game was called due to lightening

Check that-Page had 5 TD passes ( 69, 56, 53, 40 and 14 yards) and 1 run TD

14-25 for 317 passing and 17 carries for 90 yards

Kid is putting up Lamar Jackson numbers accounting for 13 TDs in two games

yeah but he ran for about 2200 yards last year on one of the Top programs in 6A-so in a sense he's a proven commodity-one of Top players in Houston-he is a sleeper QB recruit though.

not unlike Kemon Freeman, I like recruiting athletic QBs because that usually means they were the best athlete/player on their H.S. team and even if they don't make it as QBs at the next level, there are always opportunities at RB, DB or WR

WEEK 4:

Brewer with 2 early TD passes with Chad Morris in the house

Jay Plotkin ‏@jayplot 16s
After dropping sure fire TD pass, Garrett Wilson makes up for it with 4 yd TD grab. Already 14-0 for @LTHSCavFootball over Hendrickson.

Jay Plotkin ‏@jayplot 11m

After forcing punt, quick-striking Cavs on the board early w/Brewer-to-Brewer TD strike. 7-0 @LTHSCavFootball, 9:42 left in q1

Jay Plotkin ‏@jayplot 3m

Hawks can't take advantage of short punt, can't keep @LTHSCavFootball pinned deep. @CBrewer16 hits @Leek_B2 w/80-yd TD bomb. 21-0 q2.

Charlie Brewer almost perfect at Halftime before Coach Morris-and he just threw his 4th TD

Jay Plotkin ‏@jayplot 25m

Halftime quick stats. @CBrewer16 7-9-0-210, 3TD for @LTHSCavFootball . Both incompletions are drops. Hendrickson w/just 115 yards of offense

Fifth TD pass of night for @CBrewer16 has @SectionLTHS looking ahead. We want who?
