We want to create a $150 million dollar complex, even though it will look like a $50 million dollar complex. An IPF doesn't need all the bells and whistles. If we were smart we would just put one at the location of the current practice field, but SMU is looks but no substance.
Interesting to note: Liberty was founded in 1971. They have an endowment of $126 million, and a student acceptance rate of 20.2%.

Endowment is the old school way of approaching university finance. We have around a billion in cash assets. US News latest college rankings this past week listed our endowment at $1.2B.
Our IPF is still under construction but is a source of some pride for us already.
