For the last decade we have had a white out for the first game. What is so surprising about team wearing white?

We have never been in white for the whiteout. No school in their right mind would agree to not wear white in Texas in September.

I believe we haven't been in white at home since the Marshall game in 2010 when for some reason we thought it would be a good idea to wear white on November 20.
