I really don't get how anyone can say he is improving. He has missed on so many game changing throws it's ridiculous.

We have to be patient and can only hope he improves because unless he gets hurt, it appears Chad will be sticking with him this season. I give Hicks credit for some of his reads, but he just doesn't throw a tight spiral and is not very accurate. Don't know if that will ever change

Maybe Hicks was supposed to be more of a project quarter back. He is unexpectedly the starter after all
