What's your average time?
Haven't done too many. First one a few years back was 29:30'ish. I can get a solid 27:00 at the gym today and as high as 31:00 around my park (running on grass and slopes, ruins my pacing).

I went low carb, lost almost 20 pounds, and got to around 30 min just jogging casually once a week. Keep it up dude!

There are MANY older people who train that would shock you with their times. I have been doing it for years and still laugh when I get blown past by someone 40 yrs older than me.
23:50 at 81? Really? That's a little hard to believe

Case Keenum was before that.
Game ticket prices are holding up in the $17-$20 range for endzone and $30+ for sideline which is comparable to what one can get from the ticket office. Memphis and USF start at $7-$8.
i got $70ea for mine for UH, same for Memphis. USF was a lot less - somewhere around $25ea
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
