The two balls they showed on ESPN on the SMU sideline were the exact same brand/line of ball. It just so happened that there are slight variances to each when they come off the line. The older balls expand/stretch while the newer ones are tight like a tiger (there is a joke there that I will stay away from). They are both running the same psi...so there is no deflating happening.
