Who else expected...
us to win a conference road game with Sutton as our fourth best receiver by yards?
Re: Who else expected...
You mean we have other receivers? LOL Another beautiful part of this game was the fact that we have a growing number of receivers who can catch. Great point Pony Fan32.

Give opponents some credit. They know about Sutton and defenses are adjusting. Basically our opponents are saying, beat us with someone other than Sutton.

All the pre-season hype about Proche has proved correct.
Long live Inez Perez!

I'm sure footballdad is not surprised at all. Expect him to be posting wonderful accolades about the team and coaches anytime now.

He has been conspicuously absent the past few weeks but will undoubtedly return if/when this team gets whipped again. One thing is reasonably certain...you will not see him come on here and say anything positive about this coaching staff

footballdad is too busy cold calling every D2 coach in America that they are missing out on the next JJ Watt.

Hahaha! I remember him saying that the Tulane game would tell us where this team is at. Well after we thrashed the #11 team in the nation and beat Tulane, I wonder what he thinks? Poor guy

Took 7 replies for this thread to devolve into commentary on football dad. That's actually longer than most!

Shelby Walker had a big time grab on the sideline. Love this group of WR's!

Bet dollars to donuts that he is banged up from earlier combat. Every time he is out there after a catch, he looks like he is having trouble getting up, cramps, etc. By this time of year, everyone is dinged up, but I suspect Sutton even more so.
