It is in today's DMN printed edition, not online.

not only bad, but pathetic. SMU gets better coverage from the raleigh news and observer. We had a pretty good report on the SMU-ok game, and killer photos during football (much to my pleasant surprise.)

As someone who studied journalism, I continue to live by Strunk and White. Not only is it a slap, that reflects some weak editorial and proofreading review. Heck, there are high school papers that could do a better job.

I'm guessing, but I don't think it was Calvin's fault. You'd see that from the guy setting the print. And he might have consciously or unconsciously associated TCU's former bball head coach with the name Tubbs.

I noticed the same thing when I read the DMN this morning. I was looking for an article for tonight's UTEP-SMU game and then I see the Frogs remark on the headline. The DMN sucks....

BTW....CBS11's Babe Laufenberg (sp?) had a nice SMU story with your coach and one of your players. Tubbs said C-USA is a tougher league with Memphis, UAB and Houston and the player (can't remember his name) said C-USA is tougher than the WAC.
