What does this team do after last week. I get we are thin and have no depth but how much effort does this team put into practice and the game this week.

SMU can win this game. If they want to.

Bus, the big uglies have to push reset, and get a decent push. Run the ball. It will make the game and our QB a lot better.

Why is our OL so injured yet they show up and play well periodically? We just need a bye week every other week.

It's ok. We just had a step back not a setback. Looking forward to going 1-0 Saturday.

This game is oh-so critical for bowl season. Do-or-die at this point. Can't expect to beat both Navy AND USF. Absolutely imperative SMU wins Saturday.
Yes, this is Pony Nate from Pony Nate-tion, and yes you can debate me as much as you'd like...

If you're expecting a bowl, prepare to be disappointed.

If you are disappointed about not making a Bowl Game this year then you don't know much about college football and how bad this program was when Morris took over. We are right on schedule with this rebuild

I don't expect this team to win another game this season and I think the vast majority of our fans probably have similar expectations. I do believe this team and this coaching staff have higher expectations than we do and I would be thrilled if they could manage to beat ECU and at least give themselves a chance of becoming bowl eligible by upsetting either USF or Navy in Ford to end this season. As Morris has said, that scenario would really make this a November to remember in the rebuilding of the SMU football program

I would just like to see us be competitive. Not expecting a bowl game.

So I guess Coach Morris and the rest of the SMU Mustangs are big-time football idiots because they have making-a-bowl as part of their season goal. What knownothings.

Right. And this same group of injured, inexperienced, (insert whatever excuse) group of players can beat Houston, but let's lower the bar so far that an 0-4 finish seems right on schedule.

Yep this rebuild is right on schedule. We are 4-5 in Year 2

Did you go on a two week vacation?

I'm disappointed you decided to come back. Not enough class to come on here and admit SMU has improved when they go on a 2 game winning streak including beating a Top 15 team or apologize for your baseless criticism of our defensive coordinator last year when he playing with scraps. Next year SMU will not be playing with scraps-this is your last year not to look like an idiot.

You have a vendetta-we all know it-and you don't have the balls to admit the factual background of your vendetta because it would VERY LIKELY expose you as a ridiculous Helicopter Dad.
