I bet Gardner-Webb gives them a good game tonight.

SMU rarely gets any love especially in preseason rankings.

we'll be in the top 25 after we dismantle Pitt

We have never lost to Pitt in a bowl.

Never lost to them in basketball either.

"This isn't UNC, Kentucky, Kansas, or Villanova they're playing, it's SMU. They have a good chance to win this game on talent alone."

These guys have no idea who or what SMU is and it's comical

If Stallings is smart and has some shooters, he will allow his team to go "bombs away" from three in this game - just like some of the teams that beat us (or almost beat us - see Kent State) last year.

It remains to be seen if that sort of strategy will work this year. Our first two opponents are not really a good measure.

Our perimeter D is longer and more experienced this year. I'll be interested to see if that limits the long bombs.

Well they shoot a [deleted] ton of 3's so I wouldnt be surprised if that was their gameplan. That and get the ball to Young.
